We aim to have every package from us arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition. If, however, your package gets damaged in transit, we’ll replace anything that was damaged as long as you get in touch with us within 14 days.
Similarly, if you receive a shipment with a mistake, get in touch with us within 30 days and we’ll be more than happy to correct it. To avoid mishaps, we ask that you please carefully review each image before you upload it and review the preview screen of your cropped image(s) before submitting your order. We unfortunately can’t get involved if the issue was with the original image itself.
